How we act?

After sending us documents relating to the flight and the presentation of the facts concerning its cancellation /delay or refusal to admit the passenger on the boardwe make a preliminary verification of the caseIf we take it - we will send to the Customer Agreement and Power of Attorney (granted to the legal adviser) to sign.


From that moment we have been continuing the procedure without involving the Customer in its subsequent stages, of course, informing him about the state of affairsBut alwaysbefore referring the matter to the courtwe obtain Customer’s acceptance for such action. The Customer therefore has full control over the activities undertaken by us.
