The remuneration for our services we charge only when we manage to get compensation from the airline. As a rule, it amounts to 20% of the indemnity, plus the VAT due.

The invoice is issued when the amount of compensation goes to the Customer's account. If we fail to obtain any compensation we do not charge any fees.

Our Clients do not bear any charges related to the claim compensation, which also means that in the course of proceedings we cover all legal costs, costs of legal representation and stamp duties.
