On behalf of our Customers we dealt with issue of delayed flight from Katowice to Frankfurt - flight identification LH 1357 - on June 26, 2014 operated by Lufthansa.

As a result of our complaint against the carrier our Customers were granted and paid the compensation in the amount of 600 Euro, considering that the delay of a flight also caused delay of further flights (combined) to Toronto.
