On behalf of our Clients we dealt with issue of delayed flights (combined) from Athens to Katowice via Frankfurt - designations flights: LH1283 and LH1362  -on 27 May 2014 operated by Lufthansa.

The flight from Athens with the number LH1283 (the scheduled time of departure 18.25) was delayed by more than 1 hour (estimated time of arrival to Frankfurt - 20.25, the actual time of departure  -21.45), by which the passengers did not have time on a plane flying from Frankfurt to Katowice at 22.05, flight number LH 1362 (the scheduled time of arrival to Katowice - 23.25).For these reasons, the journey ended only on May 28 at 13.00, i.e. with more than 14hours of delay.

As a result of our complaint at the carrier, our customers was granted and paid the compensation in the amount of 250 Euro.
