On behalf of our Customers we dealt with the matter delayed flight from Bangkok to Warsaw via Helsinki - the flight identification AY90 and AY2743 - on 3 December 2014 - operated by FINNAIR.

As a result of our complaint at the carrier, our customers was granted and paid the compensation in the amount of 600 Euro.
