Cancelled flight LO 41 (LOT)
On behalf of our Customers we dealt with the matter of cancelled flight from Warsaw to Toronto - flight identification LO 41 - on 31 July 2015 - supported by PLL LOT.
As a result of our complaint at the carrier, our customers was granted and paid the compensation in the amount of 600 Euro.
