Cancelled flight LO 007 (LOT)

The flight No LO 007 from New York to Warsaw, operated by Polish Airlines LOT, which was scheduled for May 3, 2013 was cancelled on the departure day. The airlines refused to pay compensation, relying on extraordinary circumstances that prevented a cruise on the planned date.

On behalf of the passengers we conducted complaint procedure at the air carrier and complained to the Civil Aviation Authority, which decided that our customers have to be compensated in the amount of 600 Euro, because there were no exceptional circumstances which LOT could not foreseen earlier.

If you were a passenger on that flight - contact us and we will help you obtain the due compensation.
